  • 60 minute Hot Express: This class moves! A flow of the Original Bikram series that flowing sections to boost your endurance and experience.
  • 90 minute Next Level Series: More postures and more flows!  An intermediate series designed to expand your practice beyond the Beginning Class.  A condensed version of the Ghosh 84 Asanas that introduces you to salutations, arm balancing, deeper backward bending, and inversions.




Kundalini Yoga: Join Wendy Schmitt, certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, for a 75 minute class focusing on awakening the energetic body. Explore breathing, movement, and chanting to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.




Yin Yoga: Introducing Jessica Jones, certified Yin Yoga teacher. Jessica will lead you for a 75 minute class designed to stretch connective tissue around the major joints (knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). This passive practice combines a series of various seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes to access the deep layers of the body.
