Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class
>No Yoga Experience Necessary. You do not have to be flexible to start. You might have an injury or health condition. You might be in excellent condition and just want deeper core training.
>As a Beginner You Can Start Anytime. Pre-registration is not needed. Simply arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. Try not to eat much for two to three hours before class. Bring a water bottle and a full-sized towel. A mat will be provided to you during your initial Intro period.
> Mats, clothing, books and water are available for purchase. Our studio has men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers.

No refunds, extensions or transfers of class packages.
After 12 months, Unlimited Club may be placed on hold for $25 per month.

after original term of 6 or 12 months is completed.
